Focusing on our body and the sense of touch can bring an amazing source of inspiration. Touch comes from the outside and is hugely connected to what is happening inside of us – in our body, heart, and mind. Thanks to touch we can discover our inner landscapes. Arts have the potential to support us in this fascinating process of internal explorations. Through the arts, we can truly connect with imagination and find our own creative voice.
In this workshop, we will be using the power of touch to tune inside of us and get creative. Inspired by individual and group bodywork exercises, we will enter the alternative space of art-making and simply create. Art is a bridge between our inner and outer world, a pure expression of who you are. Using arts creates new perspectives on how we see ourselves and the world.
This workshop is for people who are curious, love to experiment and learn something about themselves. No previous bodywork or art experience is required. Places are limited to 8 participants per workshop.
