In the fast-changing reality, things get easily out of control. Very often, we become completely overwhelmed and tend to disconnect from our bodies. Expressive arts bring an opportunity to relax into the creative process and rest through “doing something else” like playing with fresh spring flowers! Flower arrangement is a gentle and soothing form of working with beauty and fragility of nature. It soothes the mind and invites the body to fully experience the present moment.
In this intimate online workshop, we will practice body-awareness, play with ikebana-inspired flower compositions, and explore creative writing to discover surprises, fascinating learnings, and new resources emerging in and through the process of art-making. Let them all unfold in front of your eyes!
This workshop is for people, who need more relaxation, grounding, and like to work in an intimate, safe, and non-judgemental atmosphere. No special skills are required.
