It is happening! We are organizing the 3rd International LABO for Expressive Arts therapists, coaches, and facilitators. After exploring the topics of Movement Extravaganza and Masking/Unmasking. Who is on Stage? during the 1st International LABO in Potsdam and the 2nd International LABO in Antwerp, we are ready to offer you a completely new online experience focused on the theme of stuckness and ease.

What does it mean to be stuck and how does it feel to be at ease for us and our clients? How do we position ourselves between stuckness and ease in life? What are our own ways to move from one towards the other? How can we open up to stuckness and, through that, invite more ease? What can we do for ourselves and our clients to experience more ease and flow during Expressive Arts sessions and in everyday life? These and other questions brought by you, dear Expressive Arts practitioners, will accompany us during our gathering in December 2020.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we propose to you a new online formula of the Internation LABO that will allow people from different corners of the world to come together and practice Expressive Arts. We will dare to experiment in a safe and non-judgmental space, in which you will have a chance to ask important questions and search for your own answers.

Traditionally, the LABO gathering is free of charge, as it is for us a way of honouring the Expressive Arts community we appreciate so much. If you are willing to support the activities organized by Yohaku, please donate between 10-30€ to our PayPal.

Our goals are (1) to deepen the connection between international members of the Expressive Arts community, (2) to create a safe space for experimentation and questioning, and (3) to learn/share new tools that can be useful in sessions with clients.
